Enthusiastic, up beat individual with an understanding of west Indian cuisine.
Must be able to work in a fast pace environment.
Must be female
Must be able to work alternate weekends 6am-2pm with, 2-3 evening shifts from 4pm-12pm in the week.
Staff is responsible for stalking, bring food items from the kitchen to the steam table.
Do light preping
Must me able to work in a team.
