Ginko is honoured to provide our gourmet bento for a great cause: JCCCโ€™s Keep The Lantern Lit fundraiser on Nov 16th!

Since the devastating effects of covid the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre has put together an annual fundraising package. This yearโ€™s highlights include:

โ˜‘๏ธ Homemade daifuku mochi from Sasaki Pastry
โ˜‘๏ธ JCCCโ€™s own Heiwa Honey
โ˜‘๏ธ Deluxe Shiseido Gift Package ($299 value)
โ˜‘๏ธ Ginkoโ€™s gourmet bento

Salmon Misoyaki - Grilled Atlantic + homemade miso
Turkey Menchi Katsu - Breaded turkey patty + taru taru sauce
