This is John Sinopoli, Executive Chef and Co-Owner of the Ascari Group. When we thought of how to bring some familiarity to King St on Sunday nights, it was easy.. we thought of comfort food and a sense of belonging.
Sunday's growing up meant a slow cooked Sugo for dinner and to be shooed away from the stove as the sauce simmers.
We believe that the fondest memories are made around the dinner table.
Sundays now mean a family style meal, wine and amaro flowing and best of all the feeling of warmth and genuine hospitality.
