Mamajoun was established in Toronto on November 2014. Although we are a new business, the owner and Chef, Mihran B, comes from a long line of lahmajoun bakers in the family, from his father to his uncles who ultimately learned from his grandfather in the Middle East how to make the perfect Lahmajoun. Mihran also brings with him over a decade of culinary experience, having worked in some of the be

st pizzerias and bistros in Montreal and Toronto. Mihran believes in using only fresh ingredients to prepare his food: from the freshly grounded beef to the homemade dough that is baked that day, every Joun we prepare comes fresh from the oven. We know that once you have tasted our food you will be back for more!
