📦 Back-to-Routine Delivery Reminder

With many residents receiving regular deliveries, a few simple details can help ensure your packages reach you safely and efficiently.

When placing an order, please remember to:
• Include your correct unit number and buzzer information
• Provide instructions for the driver to buzz your unit upon arrival
• Include a current phone number whenever possible
• Keep an eye on delivery notifications so packages can be collected promptly
• Avoid requesting that packages be left unattended in common areas whenever possible

Providing clear delivery instructions helps drivers contact you directly and reduces the amount of time packages are left unattended.

A few extra details at checkout can make for a smoother and more secure delivery experience for everyone. 📦🏠

UPDATE - 🏠 In-Suite Inspection Notice

Due to unforeseen circumstances, in-suite inspections have been postponed and are now anticipated to begin in mid-to-late September.

Residents will receive a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to their scheduled inspection.

Building Management will assess the overall condition of each suite, including balconies.

We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this schedule change.

Laundry Room Security Reminder 🧺

Please ensure that laundry room doors always remain closed after entering or exiting.

Keeping these doors closed helps prevent unauthorized individuals from accessing the laundry facilities and reduces the risk of theft or loss of personal belongings.

🚪 Building Security: Don't Hold Doors Open

For the safety and security of everyone in our community, please avoid holding building entrance doors open for individuals you do not know.

While it may seem like a kind gesture, allowing unauthorized individuals into the building can compromise the security of residents and increase the risk of theft or other safety concerns.

If someone does not have access to the building, please encourage them to use the intercom system or contact the resident they are visiting.

💻 Work-From-Home Centre Update

Residents of Buildings 2, 4, and 6 are invited to use the Work-From-Home Centre located in Building 6.

Construction of the new Work-From-Home Centre in Building 2 has been completed. Due to delays in equipment shipments from overseas, the opening has been postponed.

We look forward to welcoming residents once all equipment has been installed. Stay tuned for the official Grand Opening date!

❄️ AC & Heat Pump Replacement Project Update

We're pleased to announce that all one-bedroom apartment AC & heat pump replacements have now been completed!

The next phase of the project is now underway and will focus on replacing AC & heat pump units in 50 bachelor suites.

These upgrades are part of our ongoing commitment to improving in-suite comfort, energy efficiency, and reliable temperature control for residents.
