The coolest part of my job, no pun intended, is my daily view. As the season ramps up ice cream socials are well under way. Carter's travels to wherever you want to eat ice cream.

My view today makes me especially happy. My dad was a civil engineer. I grew up going to construction sites and every time I am lucky enough to find myself on one it makes me think of my dad.

I love hosting dinner parties. I love entertaining and feeding my friends, drinking good wine (sometimes not so good wine:)... I've been told that I make a fabulous charcuterie board (or table) so last year Carter's Ice Cream started offering grazing boxes for corporate events, parties, holiday gatherings...

Its been a fabulous success!

Now that ice cream season is mostly over, house party and holiday season has begun.

Here's a large graze box I made today. It feeds 25. $325

Small boxes available, feeds 15, $155

Boxes contain:
Brie
Cambozola
Beemster
Goat Cheese
Old cheddar
Wine soaked hard cheese
Ham
Prosciutto
Roast Beef
2 or 3 salami, Genoa, Capocollo
Fresh fruit
