On August 1st, Executive Chef Davide Ciavattella of Don Alfonso 1890 joined sommelier Sommelier@Large for an intimate six-course supper at My Oliver Farmhouse.

Farm-to-table is a true passion for Davide. From growing ingredients at our urban farm at Casa Loma to showcasing them at Don Alfonso, it’s something he truly loves.
