We’re excited to host a collaborative dinner with a favourite pour at the Tavern and a producer we’ve long admired.

Chef has curated a five-course menu built around fermentation, letting the food and the cider meet on equal footing.
The focus is on balance, texture, and the quiet complexity that makes Revel’s ciders so compelling at the table.
Tariq will be joining us for the night, pouring the ciders he’s most excited about and walking us through the thinking and philosophy behind their approach to cider making.
