We’re sad to announce that, after 5 years of serving you, we’ll be closing our doors this Sunday, April 3rd at 6 PM. This experience has been extremely humbling, challenging and rewarding for every member of our family. We’ve enjoyed sharing our food, music and laughs with you and feel so honoured to have represented our Syrian culture in Toronto and the Queen West community. We are so very grateful to our customers, staff and toronto community for supporting us over the years. We appreciate you!

We hope to see you all one last time this weekend to say our thank yous and goodbyes! 💛

The coming few months will no doubt be difficult for the majority of small businesses, including local restaurants, barbershops, nail salons, florists and boutique clothing stores. While the “shop local” message is being championed and shared around by so many individuals and groups, we understand that it can be hard to voyage into uncharted shopping territory or resist those tempting deals, especially during these challenging economic times. That said, we have faith in our Toronto community and want to encourage you to do your best to support your local businesses over the holiday season. Some examples of HOW you can do that:
1. On your next food order, check if your restaurant offers their own delivery/pickup service before clicking on that UberEats app. Some of our favourites are and
2. Buy your loved ones a special holiday gift from local markets and shops like and
3. Gift cards! The is a volunteer initiative that helps small businesses set up and create e-gift cards
4. Social media is a great way to help businesses get exposure and organically increase their visibility and reach- so don’t be afraid to like, comment share your favourite posts!

Update on our previous post:
We can now confirm that the employee suspected of has COVID has tested positive and is currently recovering well and in self-isolation. We have taken all of the necessary actions to disinfect and sanitise our facility, and shared all contact tracing details with the public health authorities. All team members present on Saturday November 14th have tested negative for the virus and have not reported any symptoms, but will remain in self-isolation until Saturday, November 28th. That said, we will re-open our doors tomorrow at 12 PM with a temporary group of staff members, while looking forward to having our lovely team back soon! More than ever, we appreciate the love and support of our friends and community during these unprecedented times ❤️

Due to a suspected case of COVID-19 affecting one of our team members, we have decided to temporarily close our doords until further notice. This employee was last on-site on Saturday, November 21st, and is currently self-isolating. All of our staff members have been asked to get tested as soon as possible. We are also in the process of thoroughly disinfecting all of our surfaces and equipment, and will continue to take all necessary action upon finding out the test results. These measures have been taken in an effort to maintain a safe environment during this time for both our employees and guests. As always, we appreciate your patience and support as we work towards reopening as soon as it’s safe to do so.
