The goal at Fresco's Fish & Chips is to serve the best fish and chips: good for you, good fo

r the environment and really, really good to eat. Before opening the restaurant we personally tested everything before doing market research and development on all of our dishes. We tested 300 pounds of potatoes before deciding on the ones we use. We use fresh Ontario grown Russet potatoes which are freshly cut daily. We inspect each potato individually before cutting them, and rinse the cut potatoes 3 times before we blanch them, assuring the best quality and best tasting fries you will ever have. We use only the best fish, chosen for its consistent excellence. Some of our fish are Ocean Wise sustainable seafood products.
