This giant cake was part of a special set of celebration cakes for 2 baby cousins born a week apart 🤩

Vanilla sponge soaked in light lemon simple syrup, lemon crémeux, honey and ginger mousse, topped with a lemon-flavoured mascarpone chantilly cream.
