Dearest patrons & pals, as they say “All good things come to an end” & with mixed emotions we are announcing the closure of our little café. just doesn’t make sense without running the show, stopping traffic, pouring spros and making everyone laugh !

We wanted to send our most heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported us over the last 5 years. The Junction Triangle is truly the best neighbourhood in the city!

To our staff past and present a major thank you for all your hard work, early morning cheeriness, and handling with grace all the ups and downs a small local coffee shop comes with .. a major shout out to who was with us since day one and a total star & Sid (the kid) for always showin up ;) we love you both !

We are excited to welcome our new neighbours taking over the space and know they will be a great addition to the neighbourhood!

This is an impossible post to write.
Earlier this week we lost our heart . Liz wasn’t just boss lady around here but the heart and soul of our little café. Liz had a way of making everyone around her feel like they were a million bucks. It wasn’t about the coffee or the sandwiches (but they were tasty AF) it was about the community and the warmth that Liz single handedly created in any space she graced with her magic. She poured her everything into this space. The Junction Triangle wont be the same without her pouring “spros” and directing traffic ;)

On a personal note Liz wasn’t just our business partner but she was a best friend, aunt to our children and truly our family. We will miss quite literally everything about her but are just grateful to have had her wit, honesty, laugh, loyalty, warmth & light in our lives. Liz was our biggest cheerleader and we loved her very much.
I could quite literally go on about her all day and I will on Sunday when we celebrate her beautiful life at the café. If Liz was someone that touched your life the way she did ours please join us Sunday Nov 7th anytime between 11-5 :)
