Happy Earth Day from Madras Masala! 🌿🌶️

In South Indian culture, we believe “Food is Medicine,” and the best medicine comes straight from Mother Earth. Today, we’re celebrating the vibrant, plant-based flavors that have sustained our community for generations.

From our crispy, golden Dosas to our spice-infused Sambars, every dish is a tribute to the fresh herbs and masalas that the earth provides. We are proud to offer a wide variety of vegan and gluten-free options, making it easier (and more delicious) to eat mindfully and sustainably here in Toronto. 🏙️✨
