Since October 2003, we have cracked a quarter million eggs, offered thousands of smiles and served hundreds of coffees. We're a small part of your day but hopefully a memorable one. We are a family run business specializing in Belgian-Canadian comfort food. Many of our ingredients coming from the local market and local farms. While our breakfast and lunches are legendary, our dinners are a more in

As spring comes the day has come to invite a new staff member in our little kitchen here. We are asking this position to be from Thursday to Monday. With the option of having the second weekend of the month free. As a chef owner we would take guidance in the meals we have been preparing for the past 23 years.
We start at $23/hr plus tips that vary about $1.5 to $2.5/hr. The servers have a 10% kitchen tip out routine.

Position wise in the weekends we are busy consistently and have 3 in the kitchen. You would then participate in the preparation of a typical brunch displayed in the link below. During the week when it is quiet you would cover some dishes as well. A question of being up front. Well, I live and work as your companion to help in this task. As a small establishment we work with income based on seasonals and weather a lot.

Hopefully I get some constructive responses or enjoy your sentiments in general.
