Miso, maple, sablefish. A little sweet, a little savoury, and very much worth the view.

Our B.C. SABLEFISH pairs silky sablefish with miso, maple, unagi eggplant, scallion sumeshi ‘sushi rice’ and bonito 🐟.

A little citrus. A little basil. A lot of impact 💥.

Inspired by Neon Genesis Evangelion, 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗥𝗗 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗔𝗖𝗧 combines Cittadelle Gin, Dry Curaçao, basil liqueur, lemon, soda and Greek vanilla yogurt in a crystal-clear clarified cocktail.

The end of the world has never tasted quite so refreshing 😉.

On October 10 & 11 from 5pm, join us for an elegant three-course celebration above the city, featuring a seasonal menu for $99 per person ✈️✨🍂.

Begin with Ontario Sweet Corn & Maritime Lobster, followed by a Heritage Turkey Dinner with confit leg, chestnut–sourdough stuffing, cranberry gastrique, Brussels sprouts and whipped potatoes. For dessert, Pecan Tart with pecan praline, crème fraîche and marigold brings the evening to a decadent close 🌻.

Prefer to keep your Aera favourites in the mix? Our Thanksgiving menu will be available à la carte alongside the regular menu.

The streets of Toronto are seeing stars, and so are we 🤩!

Take a break from the festival crowds and take a ride 38 floors above , for skyline views, sushi, steaks and cocktails before or after the show 🥂.

And when the last screening lets out, the night is far from over. The Well After Dark brings late-night drinks, bites and DJs to the 38th floor from 10pm until late, Thursday through Saturday ✈️🌙.

With sweeping views over the city, we’re serving up sushi, steaks, creative cocktails and Happy Hour just steps from the festival action. Join us before a screening, settle in for dinner after the show, or simply make an evening of it with a table overlooking Toronto.

And when dinner turns into drinks, stay with us for The Well After Dark, Thursday through Saturday from 10pm until late. Enjoy premium wines, Champagne, and spirits, thoughtfully priced for late night, alongside select spirits starting at $10 (1 oz), with rotating DJs every Friday and Saturday 🍸🍷.
