ViBo continues to charm. This June 2012 will have been the 9th anniversary after reopening Villa Borghese as Vibo Restaurant from a major reno. Vibo has created a balance of n

eighbourhood restaurant to casual sophistication in a warm and inviting dining room. Vibo offers the setting for many events lunch or dinner. For dinner, live piano music in the background to a warm wood burning fire place, Vibo can offer a casual dinner setting or a formal meal celebrating an anniversary or birthday. With the fall season around the corner Vibo is updating their menu. New items such as homemade tortelloni with rose, classic veal ossobucco , and honey balsamic glazed quail are just a few of the new. ViBo will be keeping some of the old faithful’s; Eggplant parmigiana, Veal Piccata, homemade gnocchi alla gorgonzola; along with many fresh fish specials. The food is prepared on the spot and cooked alla minute. As you walk in the front door you will see the glass encased wine cellar. The extensive list is hand picked by Luca and with over 200 selections we are sure to find a bottle for any palate and budget. Personalized service and customer focus will make sure your evening a success. Every year ViBo hosts many group functions large or small. We would be happy to create customized menu’s to suit each group’s tastes. Book early for holiday party’s! The upstairs private dining room offers a formal and open atmosphere for business meetings, presentations, or party occasion’s for up to 25 people. We also have areas which will hold 50 or 100 people!
