I distill my own water and add minerals from Lotus Water .coffee.products

It makes my water super consistent and allows me to change the contents depending on how I want the coffee to taste.

Here are a few of my go to recipes:

3 drops Magnesium

3 drops Potassium

Fruit Flavour
