To everyone who has supported and loved Hanamaru,
With sincere gratitude, we would like to share a final note with you.
Saturday, September 19th, will be our last day at Hanamaru.
Since we first opened our doors in February 2021, we have been incredibly fortunate to have so many wonderful people walk through them. Your kindness, support, and encouragement have carried us through the past five and a half years, and for that, we will always be deeply grateful.
Over the years, there have been many changes to our hours and the way we operated the restaurant. We know that these changes were not always easy for our guests, and for that, we are truly sorry.
We also knew how many of you hoped to see Hanamaru return to evening service. We understood that wish, and we wished we could give you a clear promise that things would return to the way they once were. Unfortunately, we were not in a position to make that promise.
We are deeply sorry for the times we may have disappointed you, and we are even more grateful for the patience and understanding you showed us throughout those changes.
Hanamaru will continue under new management beginning Tuesday, September 22nd. They will be welcoming you from lunch through dinner, and we sincerely hope that you will continue to visit, enjoy the food, and support Hanamaru in its next chapter.
From February 2021 through September 2026, you gave us far more than we could ever have asked for.
Thank you for every meal you shared with us, every conversation, every kind word, and every visit. Thank you for trusting us with a place at your table and for allowing the two of us to share our food with you for all these years.
It has been an honor to cook for you.
