We’re thrilled to share a preview of the cold plates featured at our upcoming Sake Master Dinner on Wednesday, September 17, in collaboration with Yamanashi Meijo, makers of the exceptional Shichiken sake.
These dishes are some of our chefs’ absolute favorites to create — elegant, seasonal, and crafted to pair sublimely with Shichiken’s refined expressions.
On the menu:
🐟 Japanese Sea Bream – shiro soy ponzu, nama wasabi, shish*to, kinome + charred onion oil
🐙 Bonito Dashi Octopus – konbu bonito, dashi, shish*to oil + nama yuzu zest
