esterday it was hotttttt, today- up at 5:43am and it's already hot and today is supposed to be a scorcher. Hydrate people, hydrate.

Anyway, today we're expressing gratitude for all the things, more so all the people who helped us to get to where we are today, whether by words or deeds.

There are soooooo many more people to thank but I'd like to start with my Chef Grandma Catie R.I.P., Chef Grandma Alma- the 1st & 2nd Chefs in my life, Chef mom Bernie- retired, my joker Dad Patrick R.I.P., he thought he was a Chef, when I around 10, he opened a BBQ truck with 3 friends just for fun & a good "lime."

A huge shout out to all of you members of the and members. Because of how I'm wired, I threw myself into social media U and I've F-I-N-A-L-L-Y figured out enough of this social media thing to be able to post something helpful :)
The is now in the age of social media :)

Been working on recipes for 6ix yrs (2020 doesn't count) but , The Original Mac Pie House was launched as a Proof of Concept (POC).

Thank you all for your support over the 14 days that we've opened our doors, your patronage lets us know that we just might have something here. i.e POF= success.

I'd like to thank all of you for your patience while I attempt to ramp up efforts at operationalizing this thing.
