Hi friends,

It’s time for our monthly sales update! 🎉

August 2025 turned out to be busier than we expected (one of the busiest months historically)—beating not only July but also last year’s August. The boost was much needed after a slower summer month.

We also launched a couple of brand-new special crepes (Turkey Burrito Crepe and Pineapple Crush Crepe) in August, which may have added a sweet little push to our sales. 🥞✨

Now, we’re heading into the fall season with exciting events on the horizon—Halloween and Thanksgiving! It’s going to be a fun ride, so stay tuned for updates

Hi friends 👋

Time to crunch some numbers 📊 and share a little behind-the-scenes look at how things have been going at SAVA.

Here are our monthly highlights with a few comments along the way:

🌸 April 2025
A strong rebound after the slow winter months. We introduced waffles 🧇 at our Yonge location, and they’ve been gaining popularity ever since. The cherry blossoms in High Park also brought a welcome wave of weekend foot traffic.

🌷 May 2025
Our best month ever! 🚀 We hit a new all-time sales record. May is typically busy thanks to the warm weather and—of course—Mother’s Day 💐, which is consistently the single busiest day of the year. Don’t forget to mark your calendars next year!

☀️ June 2025
We saw the start of the usual summer slowdown. The beginning of the month was still strong, but things tapered off toward the end.

🏖️ July 2025
As expected, July brought a noticeable dip. With everyone heading to cottages, beaches, and the waterfront , city traffic (and spending) slows down. Plus, students are on break , which shifts the daily crowd even more.

We’ve confirmed that March through June is our peak season 📈. It’s always helpful to spot these trends so we can plan smarter moving forward.

🔔 P.S. A quick note—some of the numbers may not include certain delivery orders , as our data is still being compiled.
