🌸 17 years of Nadège. 🌸

Seventeen years ago, Chef Nadège opened the doors at 780 Queen West, and the first croissants came out of the oven on a quiet Queen West morning.

What started as a single patisserie on Queen is now five boutiques across Toronto — plus the kitchen behind it all, where every croissant, macaron, and cake still begins by hand. And at the original address, two homes share one door: Nadège Patisserie and Chez Nad Chez Nad Restaurant ,our French bistro.

To the regulars who’ve been with us since day one. To the neighbours who never let the line out the door slow them down. To every employee who’s worn the apron over seventeen years. And to the city that gave us a home — thank you.

Here’s to many more years of slow mornings, long dinners, and the kind of pastries that make Tuesday feel like a celebration.
