On this Mother’s Day, a day that celebrates the love of mothers, we would like to pay tribute to our amazing Mom, Rekha Narang. ⁠

An incredibly loving, devoted, selfless mother and queen of hearts of all her children. She was a generous, smart, kind-hearted, and beautiful soul who truly enjoyed feeding those who loved to eat. ⁠

She was instrumental in helping the founders of the Twisted Indian brand to create all of the delicious recipes currently in use at all locations.⁠
⁠
Mom, you curated the recipes so that our food is mild yet flavourful enough to be enjoyed by Canadians of all ages. While you may not be with us physically anymore, we celebrate you, everyday, at Twisted Indian. Your contribution during the brand inception days in 2013 have been nothing short of inspirational. And we endeavour to carry forward this legacy.⁠
