SALTED THIN COOKIES ๐Ÿช

Made with heavily browned butter, vanilla and a pools of melted dark chocolate. For us, this is the perfect crispy cookie ๐Ÿ˜

Our tips for the perfect crispy cookies:

๐Ÿ’Œ spread! We only tray up 4 per half tray to avoid one big cookie forming in the oven!

๐Ÿ’Œ shape! This step helps make our cookies look more uniform so they look perfect stacked together on our shelves

๐Ÿ’Œ tap tap tap! We do this twice, once halfway through baking and once they come out of the oven too. More surface area = more of that crispy exterior
