🚨🍓 EL PARAÍSO IS BACK! 🍓🚨
Some coffees come and go, but El Paraíso keeps finding its way back to Būno.
We first brought this coffee in back in 2021, when anaerobic coffees were still relatively new and putting a super-fruity, bright, fermented coffee on espresso was a risk that not many were willing to take.
We were.
And it paid off. El Paraíso quickly became one of our biggest fan favourites.
We’ve been serving this harvest for over a month now, and it has been flying. We locked in a good quantity of green coffee, but at the rate it’s going, we honestly don’t know how long it will last.
This coffee is very special for how unique and spot-on its flavours and aromas are. On espresso, it’s sweet, jammy and smooth, with strawberry jam 🍓,lychee, bergamot and vanilla.
This coffee will exceed your expectations in all its forms. With milk, it genuinely tastes like a strawberry milkshake. Get a cortado and you’ll see exactly what we’re talking about.
As a pour-over, it gives you lychee and strawberry juice, with a bergamot aftertaste, a hint of vanilla, and a beautiful tea-like finish.
Like every El Paraíso we’ve brought in, we were very selective with this harvest. We tasted through different lots and picked this one because it had that same crazy combination of sweetness, fruit and balance that made this coffee so special to us in the first place.
