I am looking forward for the next competition
Meet Chef Jerome Blucher who is serving us a brunch menu on Saturday September 25th featuring a mix of influences from St. Vincent. He began his journey in the kitchen of his St. Vincent family, then as a line cook in a variety of restaurants and fast-food franchises.
"I spent some of my time as a chef at the Boukan Restaurant learning the Haitian cuisine, which is comparable to that of Saint Vincent."
His brunch menu will start us off with a Breadfruit Puff - mashed cooked breadfruit filled with cheese in the center with breadcrumbs. He takes us deeper into his past memories with the main dish of Callaloo pigtail soup, served alongside a cut of seared salmon in mustard dill.

"Preparing healthy meals for individuals is a challenge I like. One of the most real motivations for developing (my) culinary art, in my opinion. As a Caribbean chef living in Canada, I've studied many different cultural foods."
