That's a wrap on summer 2026. Thanks to everyone who visted us and shared their pics. I love seeing what flavour combos people pic and guessing what scoop they got.

Besides the usual suspects (Dubai, Fererro, Pistachio, Yuzu Cheesecake, Dark Chocolate and Mango), these are the flavours that popped this summer:

New this fall. Caramel Macchiato - coffee and caramel in a creamy dairy free base.

Macchiato means stained or dirty in Italian. A Macchiato coffee is an espresso "stained" with a little bit of steamed milk. Here in our Caramel Macchiato gelato we "stained" our dairy free coffee gelato with caramel.

Yes I said it. I do appreciate innovation but sometimes I just want coffee to taste like coffee. So when I made my coffee gelato recipe I made it how I like it - to taste like a real cappuccino.
