We had an excellent week in the beautiful country of Mexico starting from Mexico City to Puebla to Oaxaca. We joined a small tours group from Intrepid Travel and travelled with this wonderful group of people. Here we are at our farewell dinner last Friday night. Highly recommend!

We are pleased to release the name of another chef joining us for the Junior League of Toronto (JLT) Chef's Showcase Fundraiser on April 27th!

Chef Michele Pollack has been working in the food service industry for over 35 years and runs her own successful catering business, Mick’s Catering. Aside from catering, Michele Pollack has also worked as a culinary instructor for the past several years, teaching corporate and private cooking classes at St. Lawrence Market. Currently, she is the corporate chef at Luxe Appliance Studio, doing cooking demonstrations for the Bosch, Thermador and Gaggenau brands.
