Introducing the Nagomi Matcha Cheesecake Tart 🍃

Nagomi (和み) is a Japanese concept of harmony—where contrasting elements coexist in balance.
In this tart, earthy matcha anchors the flavor, while a cashew-based cheesecake adds creaminess without heaviness. Red bean brings a gentle, familiar sweetness, balanced by the bitterness and crunch of a chocolate cookie base. We finish it with our house-made matcha granola for texture and depth.

The cake decoration is inspired by traditional Japanese gardens.
