The Local Cafe and Restaurant An Experiential Learning environment for Centennial College students, serving local and sustainable cuisine in Scarborough, ON.

When designing a concept to authentically serve our surrounding community, we wanted to become the local restaurant in Scarborough. But what does it mean to be local in one of the country's most diverse cities? It means our food and service are globally influenced and locally created. Our menus are inspired by the international flavour profiles that represent the incredibly rich diversity of those who call Scarborough home. While sourcing locally available ingredients from the bounty of this Province, we have designed a market style dining experience for our guests to eat, drink and gather together. Join us in the restaurant for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch and visit the cafe for coffee, baked goods or takeaway meals.
