Inspired by our beloved coconut cold cake, this is a next level ice cake (Gelabolo) filled with dulce de leche cream made in our kitchen, soaked in geladona base and covered in coconut cream.

Happy Pride Month
May this be a very successful month for all of us qu**rs, and the rest of the year, and our whole beautiful lives because we are the colour, the culture and the soul of this world 🌈

Geladona has a busy season ahead starting with the legendary to open the summer, then following we have arraiá on June 20th by .ca on Yonge st - this is the most traditional festival in Brasil regarding to typical dishes and great music.

Right after our most expected edition of on June 21st at the best venue in town

Then Pride, of course, and some more stuff in between like the arrival of Brazil’s jerseys in collab with .crew

We are still crushed by not having our bike this year because it has never been found, but this month comes with a lot of resilience to move forward.

Hello, we are Mari & Flor, and Geladona is our shared dream come to life.

What started as two people passionate about food, culture, and community has grown into a café that celebrates diversity, connection, and the warmth of Brazilian hospitality.

As immigrant women building a café in a new country, we’ve faced our share of challenges, from navigating systems we didn’t grow up in to carving out space in an industry where women are often overlooked.

As partners we’ve learned sooo much from each other, specially that LOVE is the root to it all.
