Oh hello there! It's been a while, huh? We've been taking some time for ourselves after our popup ended. We've been helping our friends, making new hot sauce friends, and enjoying ourselves!

That being said, we're a little upset with for revealing where we get our hot sauce recipes from.... But when you're inspired it doesn't matter where the inspiration comes from!

And the last of our donations to on behalf of . We've been asked a lot why we're doing this. The best answer is we just like taking the p**s out of an organization like that has a long history of supporting anti legislation and organizations. We're aware this won't change their minds or how they operate, but it was fun to make some tasty sandwiches, and do a little good at the same time.

Our Fish-Fil-A sandwich ends its run on March 14, so make sure you get yours before then! We've got a whole new menu dropping on the 15th! Details to come soon, it's gonna be filthy!

When Vampires Tremble - green finger chilies, Ontario Garlic. Green onion, shallots, vinegar, sugar, spices, herbs and a touch of ghost peppers. Made for , I've been using it up on our at , but will part with a few jars to make this amazing deal for y'all!

There's some excited chatter in the news about a fowl fashion show......... or it might have been a football gsme. Regardless we've got you covered for food and drinks for that day! From snacks to sandwiches, hot sauces, dessert and drinks for all your sartorial or sportsball needs! With beer from we're your one stop shop to wet and feed your whistle!

We'll have limited quantities of some things on the day for dine in, takeout and UBER, so get your advance order in for pickup! Delivery is available for larger orders. Email us, and we'll get you set up!

Well hello there and Happy New Year! We hope you had a great holidays, and wish for all sorts of spicy things for you in 2024. Stay tuned to see what's next for us at Fringale, we've got some fun stuff planned for 2024!!

But we're starting off the new year with a donation! As promised we're donating 1$ from every Fish-Fil-A sangweech to on behalf of . Casey House is near and dear to our heart, and we're excited to continue this for the next 2 months! In February we'll be offering it as a on , so we're excited to see how big our donation can get!! We sold 19 sandwiches over the last 3 weeks (and ate 5, haha), and then we decided to double our donation and round up!!

Introducing the newest member of Fringale! The Fish-Fil-A

Made with shrimp and sole, and then breaded in Panko and our party mix, it's deep fried, served on a pain au lait bun with a parsley gribiche! This beauty makes its debut next Tuesday, alongside a new burrata dish!

This also marks the start of Fringales philanthropy. 1$ from each sandwich will be donated to on behalf of 😏😘 Eat till your heart is full indeed!

Well, it's that time again! It's menu change time. We said goodbye to some old favourites. Gone, but not forgotten, are the short rib sliders, the clubhouse, the smoked celeriac (we hardly knew thee) and the sausage.

Here for a good time, but not a super long time are some new treats for you! Roast chicken sliders with ras El hanout, and a new chorizo sausage from our friends , served with patatas bravas sauce and mushrooms, and a smoked meat cheesesteak (more exciting details to come on this!) . Last but not least, we have soup! And a sangweech! Our new vegetarian offering will be a soup with a grilled cheese, the ultimate winter combo. We're starting you off with a Koginut squash soup, accompanied by a light eye grilled cheese, with roasted pear and brie.

We hope you were sitting down for that!

But on a more serious note. Men's mental health has quickly become an issue that we're passionate about here at Fringale. The statistics are shocking. Globally a man dies by su***de every minute, of every day. Far too many of us suffer in silence, taught by toxic masculinity that men shouldn't feel or express emotions.

Over the past few years, I've started to deal with my own mental health issues. From panic attacks, to impostor syndrome, to grappling with aging in an industry that is hard on body and mind.

So if you can donate, it's going to a good cause. We'll be announcing our usual prizes in a bit, and we're gonna try and organize a style competition with some other producers!!
