The lunch “sleeper hit” fried mushroom sandwich- everyone knows and loves the roast beef but the mushroom sammy has many, many fans.

A medley of mushrooms get crispy fried and doused in caper and herby mayo, crisp lettuce, soft and toasty bun. Yum. 😋

🐟 Mackerel just got a Makeover! 🐟

New to the dinner menu.
Griddled mackerel, runner beans with perilla, Colman’s mustard butter sauce and chips tossed in lots of malt vinegar!

What a banger of a combo. 🎣

🏆 What a great combo. Zippy German Riesling and a morel mushroom lasagna with spinach and smoked mozzarella. Throw in a pea salad on the side and you have a winner. 🏆

This Riesling in particular is from Weingut Bianka und Daniel Schmitt - what a beauty of a refreshment.

New for dinner - rump steak, fresh tomatoes, stewed tomatoes & horseradish.
A little spike of Tabasco & celery salt and you have yourself a steak Caesar. ~ Or is this just a ludicrously viral Caesar garnish? ~ Just have a shot of vodka on the side???🤔
