🦃 Well, we're doing something a little different this year and closing for Thanksgiving!

**Seas the Day will be closed tomorrow, Monday October 12th.**

We've decided the turkey deserves our full attention this year 😂

We'll be back at it Tuesday, probably still full and wondering why we ate that last plate.

Happy Turkey Day everyone! 🦃 Hope you all eat way too much and aren't the ones stuck doing the dishes! 🤣

A Little Change of Plans for Tomorrow 💕

Well… sometimes life has other plans! 😅

Unfortunately, a few unexpected things have come up all at once, and we’ll need to close the store tomorrow Aug 18th rather than being open our usual 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

We’re so sorry for the last-minute change, especially if you were planning to stop in and see us. Please forgive us! 🥹💕

Thank you for always being so patient, kind, and understanding when life throws us a curveball. We appreciate you more than you know!

You can no longer use "I couldn't find it" as an excuse not to stop in. 😏

Due to a staffing shortage, our family café will be closed today, Tuesday, June 9th.

Even the coffee tried to clock in, but unfortunately it doesn't know how to run the till.

We're looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy working with customers, preparing food, and being part of a hardworking team.

Living and working on Haida Gwaii offers a unique lifestyle—beautiful beaches, incredible wildlife, a strong sense of community, and a slower pace of life that's hard to find elsewhere.

We know housing can be challenging on Haida Gwaii. While we do not currently have permanent staff housing available, we are actively working on accommodation options and may be able to assist with temporary housing arrangements for the right candidate.

Experience is welcome but not required. Reliability, a good attitude, and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
