Today’s bake is looking particularly tall and proud.🥖 ✨
My sourdough bread is made the authentic way using long fermentation, and only has THREE ingredients- flour, water, & sea salt! And always made with 100% organic and locally milled flour.

I have space to add a few loaves to my weekly schedule, so message if you’d like to try a loaf!

Hi there! Here at Whispering Wheat Micro Bakery, one of my favourite things to do is spend time in the kitchen making sweet treats for my family and friends. That includes you!

All the goods I make are 100% from scratch!
I make a wide variety of cookies, cakes, scones, muffins, cupcakes, squares, brownies and so much more! Great quality treats with no preservatives etc.
Do you have dietary restrictions? Specific dietary requirements? Want to enjoy sweet treats without compromising on your health goals? I can sub out white flour for something more nutritious. I offer the option of substituting all purpose white flour with whole wheat or whole spelt. We can work together to create a sweet treat you feel good about!
