We have come up with a game plan moving forward luckily, we have one staff member left for the summer who is willing to help us out after college, and we are so thankful she is around to assist us.💪💕
We will be open with our normal fall hours going forward, though I will not be at the chip stand much in the evenings as I will be at home with my mother. I am sure I will not get to say goodbye to a lot of people for the season, but I am sure my wife will relay the messages to me. As always, thank you for all the love and care on top of all the support we really appreciate it.🫂

Due to some troubling news during our days off, we will be closed today to spend time with my mother we will keep everyone updated if any more plans change. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we appreciate your understanding.

Hey everyone! we started our new fall hours on the 16th. It seems there might have been a miscommunication reading the sign outside, and now word is going around that we closed on the 16th😨, but don't worry, we're still open until around the middle of October. We'll keep you posted closer to that date as we run out of supplies. We have crossed our first item for the year off the menu, though; broccoli cheese bites are gone until next year.

Hey everyone, I know it's been a long wait and you've all been wondering what happened to us, but don't worry, we're still very much in the chipstand business, coming back for our 15th anniversary!🤯
We just ran into quite a lot of complications while we were closed. First, my mom broke her back, and then back in February, my wife broke her leg VERY badly. She's back to walking on it and thinks she's in shape to start cooking at the chipstand again! So, even though we haven't made our normal May opening date, we're very much still here, and we're excited to see everyone again. Now that I know our official opening date, I can share it!🎉

Tomorrow, Saturday, June 6th, at 2:00 p.m.!

Keep in mind our first day gets pretty crazy, and we've got two new students along with Taryn trying her very best to cook everyone up some food!🍟🌭🥪🍔💪🫂

So last Monday we lost our little burger boy, Skippy. He lived to 18 years old and gave us a year and a half longer than what the vet thought he had left. He was my dad's dog, and he stayed with me years after my dad passed away. He loved me, and he loved everyone. He was always so excited in the morning when I'd show him one of his little coats, knowing he would be heading to the chip stand for the day. This little guy's been with the chip stand for 14 years, right from the very start, and many of you have met our little good boy. I know he's gone, but his memory and the love we have for him will live on.
