Fryer And Ice is permanently closed. I had taken some time off to deal with the shortcomings in the space I leased. Namely the code violations in the basic plumbing.... the code violation in the gas hook up... as well as the fire code violation regarding the exhaust system. Brad Gibson, in direct contrast to our written agreements locked me out (i assume as he has not responded to my communications, but had given me 36 hours notice that he was going to secure the premises)because I did not reply to his text fast enough.
