Another step closer!

My food truck passed its safety inspection today! 🙌

We’re still waiting for the license to be completed, but one more big step is officially done!

Let’s get a little more personal today! Here are 3 things you might not know about me:

🌿 1. I studied naturopathy for 4 years.
Before Zoe’s Shakshouka, I spent years studying natural health. My life definitely took a few unexpected turns since then! 😂

👩‍🍳 2. I never actually planned to have a food business!
Cooking was always something I loved, but turning it into a business — and dreaming about my own food truck — was definitely not part of the original plan!

🥖 3. I could spend way too much time playing with dough. 😂
Challah, pita, Kubana… I love making bread from scratch. There’s just something about working with dough that I find so satisfying!
