Restaurants Beware of these kind of people,

Scenario:

The customer previously claimed a missing Buy 1 Get 1 fried rice, which is a single sealed rice item and cannot be partially missed. We still provided an extra item as goodwill.
Two months later, the customer requested an additional free item based on a past promotion that was no longer active. After we declined, they reported the order as missing. The order was complete and correctly prepared.

Present Day

This customer placed multiple identical orders on the same day using different account names and repeatedly requested refunds. Based on this pattern, we declined to fulfill further orders as per Uber Eats guidelines.
When informed, the customer responded with threats of legal action. Our restaurant operates transparently and follows platform rules at all times.
I am also attaching their Previous receipt of claiming food is missing. They gave Us a 1-star Google review form not accepting their order.
