At Exotic Indian Eats, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of food quality, customer service, and community respect.
On 30/08/2025 a group of teenagers visited our restaurant and ordered a substantial meal, including 5 Chicken Tikka Masalas, 2 Butter Chickens, multiple Naans, and 8 Cokes. The group had their food in full, but later claimed it was not cooked properly. Their bill totaled approximately $200, however, they paid only $50 before leaving.
For transparency and fairness, our management immediately reviewed the matter with the kitchen team and also consulted other guests who ordered the same dishes at that time. Feedback confirmed that the food was prepared correctly and met our usual quality standards.
Unfortunately, the group’s behavior was disruptive and disrespectful, including the use of inappropriate language in the dining area, which was not in line with the welcoming atmosphere we strive to maintain for all our guests.
We value every customer and take all feedback seriously. However, we also believe it is important to highlight that incidents of this nature are unfair to our staff and damaging to small businesses working hard to serve the community with integrity.
