I would like to thank our customers for the awesome experience over the last six years. Owning the bakery was everything I dreamed it would be.

For the time being I have decided to close the bakery and return to the workforce.

I have an excellent employment opportunity and feel it’s time for a change .

Again thank you Thunder Bay together we fed over 15000 hungry people.

Since 2015 our bakery has served aproximatley 15,000 slices of prepaid pizza with our pay it forward program. The children of my neighbourhood are the main reason im trying to revitalize my bakery. The funds will be used for building repairs and paying down taxes and getting caught up on debt....

Hey folks,

FYI - we are open Monday to Saturday.

I have edited the page details to reflect our current hours of operation. Sorry for the confusion.

3:30 pm - 730 pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. (Sweets and pizza only)

11:30 am - 7:30 pm Thursday, Friday and Saturday. (Bread, sweets and pizza)

Hey folks,

FYI - we will be open 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

I will be making apple fritters and cinnamon buns and pizza.

Poppyseed bread will be made Tuesday and ready for 4 pm. First come first serve sorry no pre-orders.

I will be making bread Thursday Friday and Saturday. Open from 1130 am -700 pm.

Thank you everyone for helping share the posts it is nice to be back at work.

Hey folks,

FYI - the bakery will be open tomorrow for bread and pizza. And, with any luck remain open until December 31 2017 as my short term plan to revitalize financially and not look too far into the future.

I will be making bread, cinnamon buns and apple fritters and poppy seed bread.

Pizza will be pick up only sorry no delivery.

I will be making bread tomorrow so if your family is waiting to hear when I'm making bread next please call your Baba, Nona, Grandpa, and let them know I will be baking and open 12-6.

I hope the ladies which took the time to garden didn't think I forgot about them or the day they spent in the blistering sun to help make our neighbourhood a brighter place.
