We "HATE" nice customers!
You all know me. I'm a nice customer. I would never complain even if you spill oil on my window and wipe it with an oily rag or serve someone who came after me.
I would never yell like I've seen some people do, I don't think rudeness in return is the answer. I'm a NICE customer, I never complain, I never yell and guess what ?
I'm a customer that NEVER comes BACK.
I just leave and take my business down the street who appreciate and train their staff to treat me with dignity and respect. We, at Mr.Chinese .. LOVE complaining customers, people who give us a second chance, to make it right. Please let me know if we have wronged you in any way. My family LOVE what we do. We would do anything to earn your business and your trust.
