Happy 2026 coffee loving community! 💛☕️

We want to take the time to shout you to you all for the loving support during the couple seasons the Big Bean trailer was open in our community!
Big cheers to Brandon Avender for bringing the trailer from vancouver two years ago. Providing his amazing wood work that a lot of you now have in your homes by BigLeaf Wood Works and also trusting in Amanda N Moeller to run the little trailer, serving tasty local beans by our friends at Range Road Roasters

Though you won’t see the “little” Big Bean trailer around this season. We have some super wicked news!

Fianlly we are excited to announce that Amanda is in the works on something new!!
Same concept, new image, new ideas, new vibes!!

Big bean has officially closed the doors of the trailer. But not the doors of the coffee world in our community!

While Brandon will continue to supply live edge wood working in town with BigLeaf Wood Works

Amanda will move on and start her own adventure for a coffee/ food trailer in town/ local areas.

With sadness to both Brandon & Amanda
Who have BOTH worked super hard to keep this adventure alive.
Big Bean is officially closing.
We will be open on Hankin st. Monday and Tuesday in Thorsby. And sadly that will be the end of our little trailer being open.
It’s been a super wonderful time serving the community. Attending events. Meeting wonderful people. Spreading the joy of coffee, snacks & grilled cheese.. But sometimes good things come to an end of a season, but not officially the end of coffee in Thorsby!

Brandon will be around at the same location to keep his main business doing amazing live edge maple wood work with (check him out honestly Christmas is coming up! Perfect gifts! Charcuterie boards, tables, custom epoxy rivers, you name it!)
While Amanda has plans to start her own business finally starting her own coffee adventure. Starting up her own little trailer with a new name & vision (nothing announced yet)
But keep an eye out for something fresh popping up around Thorsby & the community.
Please stop by while you can. Limited supplies available on the trailer while we remain open.
We appreciate all the love and support of our Big Bean Community. Without you. We wouldn’t be where we are now!

Thank you to Wild Summit Collective for inviting us to your fundraising event today!
Though the 1000 miles were not fully completed everyone worked so dang hard to reach that goal (final numbers coming soon but almost $10,000 approximately was raised so far!)
This is all going towards building a skate park/ pump track in Calmar.
Congrats to everyone who participated by running, walking, pushing your strollers etc!
You all nailed it today. HUGE SHOUT OUT TO YOU ALL, THE VOLUNTEERS & VENDORS WHO CAME TODAY TO SHOW SOME LOVE! 🥳🥳🥳
It was a hot one but we were thankful we could provide free coffee during the pancake breakfast.

Thanks for all your support towards Big Bean & our Bug dreams..
Sadly this is our last event and we will be closing the doors for the season shortly.
It’s truly been a wonderful year with all of you. Someway, somehow next season we will be back!
