🐶Canine Costume Contest & Puppy Parade 🎃🐶
🕙10 AM (check-in 9:45 AM @ the Thorold Public Library)
Get your costumes ready for a spooktacular event where both pups and humans can show off their creative outfits! Fabulous prizes await the best-dressed pups and duos. Don't miss out on this fun-filled morning of wagging tails and festive spirits. *We walk as a group at 10 AM.

🎃Children's Trick or Treat the Street! 🎃
Get your costumes ready for a spooktacular event where kids will get to Trick or Treat the Street in downtown Thorold! Fabulous prizes await the best-dressed and most creative kids.
🕦11:30 AM - 1:00 PM (Make sure to check-in @ the Thorold Public Library to get a map of the participating businesses). Make sure to stop by the Thorold Centre 50+ for hot beverages and treats provided. While you are there, grab a temporary tattoo provided by Selkie.
When you are on Front St North, be sure to swing by the Hydro Parkette. Grab a warm cup of Hot Chocolate, provided by Penny's Kitchen, and enjoy live music from Rusty Jacob (sponsored by Griffin IT Group).
🕧12:30 PM The festivities wrap up with a costume contest at the Hydro Parkette.
NEW this year, participating businesses will give out tickets to the children that they think are the best dressed! Kids, don't forget to bring all your tickets to the Hydro Parkette. The children with the most votes (tickets) win!
