Summer may be over but this cake doesn’t think so. We have a stunning s’mores cake that went out this weekend for a birthday. Wrapped in a Swiss meringue buttercream, filled with a chocolate ganache and topped with all the necessary smore ingredients! I hope you had a lovely day.

Hey it’s me. I know I’ve been slacking on posts lately but desserts and bouquets are still coming out.
This weekend I had the pleasure of creating a vanilla cupcake filled with raspberry compote swirled with a Swiss meringue buttercream and topped with a fresh raspberry and a fruit bouquet for a friends daughters birthday.
