Our Cantonese Ho Fun has been on the Chopstix menu since day one, and lately, it’s been climbing the board of customer favourites — and we couldn’t be happier!

Wide rice noodles, egg, your choice of protein, crisp vegetables and savoury garlic-soy, all wok-seared in our signature pho-infused beef tallow, rendered from the rich oils of our house pho broth. It’s full of flavour, comforting, and made with the kind of thoughtful cooking we love. 🥰

A Little Change of Plans 🌿

With Labour Day falling a little later this year, we’ve decided to move our annual week-long closure from the end of August to the first week of September.

And honestly… it just makes sense. ❤️

That final week of summer is also the week before the kids head back to school — a time when everyone is getting ready, organizing, squeezing in those last summer moments, and getting back into routine.

So we’re taking that week to do the same. Our team deserves a break, our family needs a reset, and everyone could use a little time to recharge. 🥢✨

But first… let’s ride through August! ☀️🌴

Come enjoy those last summer dinners, patio nights, good food and good company with us. We’ll be here all month long, making the most of every last bit of summer.

We’ll be closed September 1–7 and back to serving you on September 8.

Ours was served on a plate & it's THE dish that started it all. ❤️

Before Chopstix, there was House of Pad Thai — and Pad Thai has been at the heart of our story from the very beginning.

It’s still our #1 dish, and honestly, we couldn’t be more grateful for all the love that has brought us from there to here. 🥹

🎵 "It's all about you..."

Actually... it's all about this soup. 🤣🍄

🌿 Our garden is overflowing with fresh herbs, and the lemon basil is at its absolute best right now.

That inspired this weekend's feature: Umami Mushroom Soup (Gang Het)—a returning favourite from our House of Pad Thai days.
A comforting blend of fresh shiitake, oyster, and shimeji mushrooms, finished with spinach and fresh lemon basil for a bright, fragrant finish. Add chicken, shrimp, or tofu for extra protein.

Simple, comforting, and full of rich umami flavor. Served with jasmine rice and available this weekend while quantities last. 🥣🌿

Dear Summer,

We're ready for you. ☀️

We've got mango rolls bursting with fresh flavour, fresh rolls that actually deserve the name, vermicelli bowls piled high with crisp veggies and warm toppings, and Nam Khao Thai Tacos wrapped in lettuce—so technically, they're healthy. We're pretty sure that's how it works. 😆

The forecast calls for sunshine, good company, and a very strong chance of not wanting to cook tonight.
