In 5 minutes of cook time we have this. It wouldn't have been possible without Chuck's hand-carved arbutus southpaw spoon from Sharon and Chuck's Left Coast Island Garden; and fresh garlic and zucchini from Peggy and Wayne's Right Coast Peninsula Garden.

We will turn this bit of zucchini and garlic from Peggy & Wayne's garden into tonight's lemon mint pasta.

The great thing about the Grease Monkey Eatery is it's small and private. Isolated, you might say. Last night we roasted some butternut squash, carrots, and onions with a few choice herbs and spices. Cherry tomatoes added to a bit of quinoa while it steamed. It was OK!
