Tiny TOPHER is currently our youngest resident. He was picked up right at the start of the flooding by a ‘ChrisTOPHER’. This boy LOVES everything and everyone. He just wants to be accepted by his friends whether it be during play or naptime. TOPHER has been vaccinated and dewormed. He still needs his rabies vaccine and to be neutered.
