With scones it's about being quick and not overworking the dough. Here are three tips for fluffy results!
1. Have all ingredients measured and ready before you start.
2. Keep butter in the freezer for 10-15 minutes until you are ready to grate it. The bigger the grate the better.
3. Knead until just combined.
4. Don't twist cookie cutters.. push straight down for a good rise.
5. Enjoy while they are warm from the oven!
