A Story...

Born and raised from two different parts of Vietnam, North and South, they fled the country by boats with their parents and siblings at a young age. As fate has already written, they met each other one day in a beautiful yet cold city of
Edmonton, Alberta. When they first met, he was a college student and she was a high school teenager. He asked “ What is your passion? ” She replied “ People and food.” He nodded “ me too! and what is your dream? ” She
answered “ Well, growing up in my mother’s kitchen and truly inspired by her cooking , I would love to run my own restaurant someday ”. Almost two decades later together as a couple going through life, schooling, jobs, and now as parents with two little ones at the age of three and eleven months old, he looked at her and said “It’s time that you go after your dream!”

When families and friends heard about their
restaurant venture, they often shook their heads and said “ Good luck, but you two are insane! Wait until the kids are bit older! ”

Yes, we are that passionate! You can call us Steven and Lynn. We are just a regular couple who love people and food! Thank you for coming. We Pho-sure love to see you back here Pho-more! July 2012

Our August Market Schedule is here! 🌿☀️

It’s hard to believe we’re already in the last stretch of summer. The kids will soon be heading back to school, the evenings are getting a little cooler, and we can already feel that hint of crisp autumn air coming. 🍂

But summer isn’t over yet! Come spend these last beautiful summer weekends with us at the markets. We can’t wait to see you, share some samples, and enjoy the season together. ❤️

Today, we’re celebrating 24 years of marriage. ❤️

While we’re keeping things simple this year, this beautiful memory reminds me of the incredible man behind every jar we make.

Two years ago, while we were still running our restaurant, I thought our anniversary would be just another busy workday. Instead, Steven completely surprised me with the most beautiful anniversary celebration. He even transformed the very same truck you see us unloading at farmers’ markets every weekend into the most beautiful anniversary surprise on the beach.

I cried… and I mean, really cried. 🥹

So yes, you’ll see “Happy 22nd Anniversary” on the cake in this video. This is a special memory from two years ago, and one I’ll treasure forever.

Many of you know Steven as the one stirring the broth, setting up our market booth before sunrise, or greeting you with a warm smile. But behind our little family business is an incredible husband, a devoted father, and the most romantic soul I’ve ever known.

Over the past 24 years, we’ve built a life together, raised two incredible children, shared dreams, weathered storms, and celebrated life’s greatest joys. Like every marriage, we’ve had our share of challenges. But through every season, Steven has never stopped choosing our family or making me feel loved, supported, and cherished. Looking back, I realize that has been one of the greatest blessings of my life.

Happy 24th Anniversary, my love. ❤️

Thank you for choosing this life with me. If I had the chance to do it all over again, I’d still say yes… in a heartbeat.

And to everyone who has been part of our journey over the years, thank you for celebrating life’s special moments with us. Whether you’ve known us since our restaurant days or recently discovered us through Chopsticks On Pho, thank you for supporting our family and allowing us to continue doing what we love.
