People forget that these incidents can be mentally exhausting and does follow us home. Your kind words has ease all that for our staff and we want to thank you. This is just an announcement to address another customer who was verbally abusive to our staff. This will never be tolerated in our shop. We are here to serve you but we will not be verbally abused by anyone. I just watched the security video of your actions and it is appalling how someone can act this way to people who are just trying to do their job and earn a living. If you are reading this post, you are not welcome back to The Carvery Sandwich Shop. You do not deserve our services and my staff does not deserve to be disrespected and treated like that. I am looking forward to your verbal threats of posting bad reviews all over social media so people can see who you are. I have had it with abusive customers who takes advantage of the situation that we have to act professionally while you act like disrespectful towards our staff. I really hope you get some help and as a business trying our best to serve the public, we are tired of the abuse. We will not stand for any of it. Thank you to the other customers who tried to console our staff after witnessing such disgusting behavior. Thank you to all our loyal customers who support us. I will always protect my employees first.
